The patient came to our clinic with advanced baldness, androgenic alopecia. We treated zones 1-2-3-4 according to the Norwood classification. Complete hair loss was observed in the frontotemporal recessions. During the two-day procedure, a total of 4,455 grafts were transplanted. The primary goal was to restore the frontal region, create a new hairline, and increase density in the midscalp and vertex areas.We were able to reconstruct the frontal hair zone with high density, establishing a natural-looking hairline that frames the face and gives it an entirely new character.
