Our patient came to our clinic with advanced hair loss caused by androgenetic alopecia. We treated zones 1–2–3–4 according to the Norwood scale. Complete hair loss was visible in the frontotemporal recessions. During the one-day procedure, a total of 3,340 grafts were transplanted. The aim of the procedure was to restore the frontal area, reconstruct the hairline, and increase the density of the frontal scalp. We were able to restore the frontal hair area with high density and create a natural-looking hairline, framing the patient’s face and giving it a completely new character.
