Ten Minutes to Three - Filming at the HairHungary Clinic

A hair transplant gets a role in Zoltán Dézsy's new film!

The latest mystical feature film of Zoltán Dézsy, a Balázs Béla Prize-winning Hungarian director, editor-reporter and university lecturer, "Ten Minutes to Three" (Tíz perc múlva három), is expected to premiere at the beginning of next year in Hungary. Our clinic has had the honor of showing itself in all its glory to the public for a few scenes, uniquely, now even on the big screen.

Filming at the HairHungary Clinic

Zoltán's work reaches back to the first half of the 1990s, and his film successes, mainly in the documentary category, are undeniable. According to him, the idea for "Ten Minutes to Three" was inspired by the painting that can also be called the film's main character, painted by Noémi Vészabó of the Tihany Abbey, whose origin Péter Andorai, playing the travel writer, tries to find out. The video clip below shows exactly this search and wandering, which incidentally serves as the film's title song and is heard performed by Charlie.

As a team of film lovers it was a particularly great joy for us to have the opportunity, and we tried to support the making of the film in every possible way. To avoid the nowadays fashionable "spoiling", we would not like to get into the plot of the film, but we can reveal that the artist Zoltán Dézsy excels during the production not only in the role of director and screenwriter, but will also be seen in most of the scenes shot at the HairHungary Clinic. So naturally the question arises: will someone in the film have a hair transplant?HairHungary Clinic · Hair transplant

To use an old film reference, "only the wind knows the answer...". But one thing is certain: Zoltán Dézsy's hair has changed considerably (and is changing), even if not necessarily for the sake of the film. The director arrived on the day of his hair transplant at least as enthusiastically as he did for the shoot itself. He talks about his experiences and his feelings before - and during - his procedure in the videos below, and he will report on his results through his own blog. Follow it closely!
