The course of the test
The test is easy to perform and is carried out at the clinic.

1. In order to obtain a DNA sample, we start with a simple saliva collection, from the facial surface of the oral cavity, with the help of a "tampon brush" made and suitable for this purpose.
2. You will then need to fill out an online questionnaire regarding your personal information, lifestyle factors, and condition such as your age, height, weight, health status... This will take about 30 minutes.
3. For genomic analysis, the laboratory uses the most advanced technology available. With the help of the highly specialized TaqMan OpenArray technology, DNA is extracted from the submitted "saliva swab", gene mutations relevant to hair loss are identified and analyzed, supplemented with information from your online lifestyle questionnaire.
4. When the analysis is complete, a digital report is generated and safely returned to our clinic. The report outlines the gene variations that were analyzed alongside the identified mutations.
5. This is followed by the recommended hair loss treatment options, which allows us to create a personalized treatment plan.
