You can order a voucher by filling in the form below or in person at our clinic.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services currently available at the clinic. 

You can also purchase it in person at our clinic or online by paying in advance.
Vouchers can be requested in any amount, please indicate the amount you would like to surprise your loved one with when ordering.
If you order online, we will send the details of your payment to the e-mail address you provide.  
The voucher will be sent by post, personalised with the value you specify.  

The voucher can be used for 1 year from the date of issue.
